Settings Of Templates In Wordpress

 If we want  to add our desirable picture instead of bydefault pictures of the slider of your selected template that we had uploaded in the wordpress,  this lecture is for this purpose.

First of all open your domain.  After that in address bar write /wp-admin with your domain url and press enter.  A window will open type your domain ID and password and click on “sign in”.  The window of your domain’s dashboard will open in front of you.  Drag your mouse to “appearance” option in this window.  A list will open click on “theme” from this list. 

Note:  If there is no option of theme, then the name of  template that you had uploaded in the wordpress will be surely given.  Click on this “template name”. 

A page will open click on “features posts” option in this page.  On the right side options of slide in which our selected pictures will be shown.  These options will be of two types. 

1) edit

 2) delete

If you want to edit some of the selected picture click on “edit”.  In the edit option you can change the image, title and description.  In the template there are five picture by default.  But if you want to add more pictures then in the same window you can click on “add new slide” option.  Then a new slide will be created in which you can add your pictures.

If you want to delete any slide then click on “delete” option in front of it.

 Moreover, you can apply effect on your slide.  For this there is an option “slide show effect”.  Click on this option.  Select you desired effect.  After that refresh your domain window your effect will be applied.

Note:  Remember, the picture that you have to add, should be of the size of your slider size.  Because if your picture is smaller than slider, then the empty area of your slider will not present a nice show.  Moreover if you enlarged the size of your picture than your slider, then your extended part of picture will not be seen.  This will also show good impact. 

                                                     How to Publish Post In Domain?

First of all open your domain.  After that in address bar write /wp-admin with your domain url and press enter.  A window will open type your domain ID and password and click on “sign in”.  The window of your domain’s dashboard will open in front of you.  Click on “posts” option from this list.  A window will open click on “add new”.  A window of same type that of blog window will open .  Type the title of your post in title bar and write your description about your title in description area.  Then click on “publish” button on right side.
