Open the google search engine. Type "Blogger" in search bar. Click on first link (create your free blog) in search results. A window will be opened, type your gmail id and password and click on "sign in". Your account at blogger will be opened. Click on an arrow head which is with the "view blog" option.
Some options list will open, Click on "layout".
Now click on "Template designer".
If you want to change the background of your Blog then click on "background".
To get the things related to this option click on "arrow head" in background image.
This window will open, chose any one if you want.
If you want to change the width of blog, then click on "adjust width".
If you want to change layout of blog then click on "layout".
If you want advance settings in your blog then click on advance. In advance you can change the colour of different parts of like title and description of your blog, also you can use it to change the text style and colour.
